Hiring Hub is currently looking for a dynamic person to join our internal staffing and recruiting team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. If you are an outgoing personality who enjoys helping people, likes to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and approaches challenges with out-of-the-box thinking and a take-charge attitude, then this job is for you!

- Source candidates by using databases and social media.
- Post job openings on media and social media outlets.
- Track recruitment activity.
- Finding and filtering appropriate job applicants and performing reference checks.
- Participating in recruitment events, such as career fairs, preparing information packets, and gathering information from suitable candidates.
- Assist in conducting large applicant orientations
- Conduct candidate prescreen interviews, background checks, and scheduling of interviews.
Requirements and skills:
- 2+ years' previous administrative experience in a professional environment
- Advanced Microsoft Suite, Excel skills, and familiarity with ATS systems is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a close attention to detail
- Resourceful self-starter with strong problem-solving skills is a MUST.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
