Hiring Hub is seeking a reliable and experienced HVAC-R Technician to work for a local client. 

This job is all about installing, maintaining, and fixing commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.  The main goal is to keep essential equipment like walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, blast chillers, and other temperature-controlled systems running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

The technician’s job involves spotting and fixing mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration problems, doing regular maintenance, and making repairs to keep things running smoothly and products in top shape. 

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience working as an HVAC-R technician
• Extensive understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• EPA 608 certification. 
• Skilled in reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Skilled in brazing, soldering, leak detection, and handling refrigerants.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Available for an on-call rotating schedule with flexible hours.
• Able to work independently while managing time efficiently.
