What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Accurately document interactions in our system
Assist with account updates, order processing, and general support
Communicate fluently in English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base
What We’re Looking For:
Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2+ years of customer service experience preferred
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic setting
Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
